Sawtell revs up for a vintage motorbike rally
VINTAGE motorbikes have a special place in the heart of many people and those hearts will be warmed when 140 roll into town for the Coffs Harbour Motorcycle Restorers Club rally in June.
Limited to motorcycles of at least 30 years of age, club member Bob Rushbrook expects bikes dating back to the 1920s, including old Triumphs, BSA, Vincents, Indians and Harley Davidsons.
To get a close look at these classic bikes, you can see them parked together during competition judging at Sawtell Caravan Park from noon on Saturday, June 12, or watch them purr and roar past you as the bikes drive through First Avenue, Sawtell, on their way to Dairyville from 1.30pm.

This is not a latte sipping, coffee drinking, stand around chatting and dick about ride, its a lets ride our motorcycles ride.
Leaving BP Fitzroy Street at 8:30am, heading up to Nymboida, Ebor for a stretch and drink, then over to Guyra and up to Glen Innes for lunch and a yarn, probly at the RSL, then down the range to home. Let me know, Grover: 0412 048 150
